Constitutional Officer

The Constitutional Officer shall:

• ensure that all meetings of Divisional, Executive and Central Councils are called punctually and are quorate
• ensure that all minutes are properly recorded
• liaise with the Aegis full time officers and Reps
• issue notice of meetings and agendas
• ensure that all policies and procedures are followed
• liaise with General Secretary on any disciplinary matters
• lnsure adherence of all rules and objectives of Aegis
• ensure that all roles are carried out constitutionally
