The Aegis full time team have all worked in the AEGON UK business at some point in their careers.
They all have one thing in common: a sense of fairness and justice. The Aegis office has a diverse set skills which is complemented by the Executive Committee whom they work closely with.
Our office staff are approachable at any time - there's an open door policy - and where appropriate they will get you in contact with a Rep who will help you.
Brian Linn
General Secretary
Elected General Secretary at the end of 2009, having spent three years previously as an Assistant General Secretary. He has many years' experience in the business, having worked in Final Salary (now Trustee Solutions).
Fiona Steele
Deputy General Secretary
Initially seconded from HR but in September 2006 was elected as an Assistant General Secretary. After three years as an Assistant General Secretary, Fiona was then elected as Deputy General Secretary for Aegis in February 2010.
Neil Crew
Assistant General Secretary
Elected Assistant General Secretary early in 2010, Neil was one of our senior Reps in Origen Financial Services, having been with one of Origen's legacy companies for many years.
Donna Morris
Communications Officer
After three years in AEGON's IT department, Donna then came into the Aegis office full-time in 2005 and is now our Communications Officer as well as being a fully trained Rep.
