What does your job with AEGON involve?
I am a Team Leader within the Customer Review department, managing a team of ‘subject matter experts’ (SME).

What do you like best about it?
Working with a team of very experienced people, making delegation easy and discussions interesting!

What do you think makes you good at it?
I enjoy supporting and encouraging people to take on greater responsibilities, helping them develop their skills and increase their potential.

How can you use this strength to benefit/help our members?
Helping members achieve their goals or solutions to any problem situation requires the same support and encouragement, helping them take on responsibility for themselves while identifying the responsibilities of the third party involved.

What's the most important thing about being a union Rep as far as you're concerned?
The most important thing is to keep your eye on what the end goal is, ensure progress is made towards this and not be sidetracked.
