Partnership Consultant, Partnership Marketing (TC)

What does your job involve?
I'm a Marketing Consultant in the Partnerships Marketing team. I work specifically on the Openwork account and my job is to deliver marketing communication campaigns to support the relationship we have with them.

What do you like best about it?
The work is pretty varied which makes it interesting - campaigns can range from creating communications for the annual Openwork top achievers event to providing support to the sales teams for workshops they may be carrying out with advisers

What do you think makes you good at it?
I like a challenge and as we often have to turn things around in super fast time, it certainly can be challenging!

How can you use this strength to benefit/help our members?
I think every problem or issue our members come to us with is a challenge, so being ready to tackle this is definitely a benefit.

What's the most important thing about being a union Rep as far as you're concerned?
Being able to listen to be honest and accurate with what we're telling our members.
