What does your job with AEGON involve?
I seek new business opportunities from my advisers and facilitate it so that they can do business with AEGON. I am a relationship manager.

What do you like best about it?
I enjoy solving problems and building working relationships.

What do you think makes you good at it?
I am organised and know how to get the best from everyone I deal with.

How can you use this strength to benefit/help our members?
I am not afraid to ask hard questions and I break down problems into smaller portions to make them manageable. I do not give up and will always do my best for the members I represent.

What's the most important thing about being a union Rep as far as you're concerned?
Ensuring that everyone is treated fairly and in accordance with the law and AEGON's code of conduct. Everyone at AEGON has a responsibility - there should be no ivory tower builders.
